Wants and Needs

There are things you will want and may need from time to time. Welding gloves are very handy for moving hot ovens around and heavy hot pad mitts for flipping your oven over,  when doing an up-side down cake. You will find then handy for other things as well, BUT DON'T try lifting hot lids with coals still on then. They can ketch on fire. That's what lid lid lifters are for.

      Yes! I have and use them as well. Mostly to pick up an oven by the bail, to move around, or to turn when windy.
