More Needs

 Cutting board and a chefs knife for cutting meats and vegetables are a very good thing to have in your camp kitchen. Prepping on a picnic table or on your own work table, with a board and shape knife makes it much less work. Let the shape knife do the work, and you will have less cut fingers. A dull knife, you push to hard, and that's how you get cut. Clean your cutting board with a sanitizer between  uses. DON'T CUT VEGIES ON THE SAME BOARD AS MEAT WITH OUT SANITIZING IT. It's best to use two boards.
