Prep Time
Doing the prep today. I have the corn bread made. Tomorrow, all I have to do is break it up and mix in the seasonings, the broth and bake it to make the dressing ( Stuffing to some) I have the carrots peeled and cut. Now peel the potatoes. Next get ready for work and make seafood newburg for my 65 residents. Come home. Pack 30 Dutch ovens, and kitchen, and the kitchen sink. Maybe get a little sleep.
