Being a Cowboy

I just finished reading a cookbook called " A cowboy's Cookbook " by T. L. Bush. He spent all of his life as a working cowboy or as a chuck wagon cook. He relates many stories, and recipes.in his book. Most are very funny. One ingredient  he kept calling "What's this-here-sauce"   was a puzzle to me. In one of the recipes, after referring to this sauce he put in  ( )  the name of this sauce, ( Worcestershire) Now I know what it realty is. So, let's all use more What's this-here-sauce. By the way , there are some good old chuch wagon recipes in the book you may want to try.
