Bread Class at Butte Creek Mill



Well! The D.O.G./Class was a smashing success. Danny Farris did a fantastic job teaching, His bread is the best. We had over 50 people come for the class, and 25 to 30 stay to eat. Yes! It was very hot out, 100° or more and even hotter under the awnings next to all the hot charcoal, but I feel it was worth it. We thank the mill in Eagle Point, Bob and Debbie for there support. We will do this again soon.

    I was out Saturday with the family and was really impressed by the setup and the bread class. Next time I will know to bring a pen and paper :). I couldn't stay until the food was ready, but man was it smelling good when I left!
