And I do mean World. Today alone I have had hits from, U.S., U.K., Germany, Russia, France, Canada, and New Zealand. I see other countries every day. I don't know how you find my blog, but it makes me feel honored that you do. I hope my English is O.K. I am not a professional journalist, I just write the same as I talk. I am from California, But lived a long time in Utah, and now in Oregon, So I have a mixed slang. I have been cooking for 67 years, but only 25 in Dutch Ovens.It was introduced to me by a great Dutch Oven cook and founder of I.D.O.S. Mister "DICK STUCKI ". Also the 1st World Champion Dutch Oven Cook. 25 years ago. I cooked at his side for more than 12 years. I am also known as The Outlaw Gourmet, for my outlaw family back ground. The Clanton Gang, and the O.K. coral shoot out with Wyatt Earp. Keep looking at the blog, and I will try to give the best I can.
