1 large can (24oz.) stewed tomatoes,diced
1 small can (14oz. ) tomatillos, diced or smashed
3 cup spicy tomato juice
1 can  (16oz. ) pinto bean undrained
1 can (16oz. ) black beans, undrained
1 can (16oz, ) kidney beans, undrained
1 can (16oz. ) refried beans
1 can (8oz. ) green chilies (Ortagas)
1  teaspoons salt.
1/4 teaspoon black pepper, fresh ground
1/2 teaspoon celery salt
Jalapenos to taste, seeded and minced

In a deep, 12" Dutch oven, 14 to 16 charcoals under oven, heat oil. Saute ground beef and onions, 3 to 5 minutes. Drain off excess fat. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Simmer for at least 45 minutes. Serve and watch the BIG show.
