Last week I received a phone call from my step-son asking 'What equipment do I need to start Dutch oven cooking". I answered take a look at my blog. He did, and said it did not answer his question. I guess I have concentrated more on recipes,than needed equipment. I am going to take some pictures of needed equipment and talk about the things you need, and the things you want, over the next few days. I hope I get it right, and help you new comers. Hey Ron, it's hard leaving a comment using word verification for most. It works out to be more a pain in the rear, people get frustrated and don't want to leave a comment. Just my humble opinion, but I would get rid of it ;) You may have more comments without it.
