Klondike Breakfest Pot

Another of my oldies, from about 15 to 20 years ago.

4 cups frozen hash brown potatoes, do not thaw
1 12 to 16 ounce package bulk breakfast sausage, browned
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/3 cup onions, diced
1/4 cup bell pepper, diced ( red or green )
1 can (8 oz,) whole kernel corn
2 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup milk
7 large eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Preheat a 12" lid on a lid stand with 24 charcoals. In a 12" greased dutch oven, spread potatoes over the bottom. Top with onions, bell peppers, bacon, sausage, corn, and cheese. Mix next 4 ingredients in a medium bowl. Pour over cheese. Sprinkle with paprika. Remove 8 charcoals from lid, and place on cook table. Place oven over charcoals, place lid on oven, and bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
