This is a Diabetic recipe.
I haven't done much on the diabetic recipes for the news letter for a long time now, so here is a new one for you.
3/4 pound ground beef
1 cup onion, chopped, 1 medium
3 cups cooked wagon wheel pasta (cooked without salt or fat)
3 cups low-fat spaghetti sauce
1/2 teaspoon ground oregano
2 (14 1/4 ounce) cans no-salt-added beef broth
1 (15 ounce) can no-salt-added kidney beans, drained
Coat a 12" dutch oven with cooking spray: with 12-14 charcoals on bottom, until hot. Add meat and onions; cook until meat is browned, stirring until crumbled. Drain. Return meat mixture to dutch oven; add cooked pasta and remaining ingredients. Cook 10 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Remove from heat and serve.
