Smoke Turkey Brine
1 gallon of water
1 cup kosher salt
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup dried tarragon
1 tsp black pepper
1/8 tsp liquid smoke
Follow brining instructions and place in smoker or Maca dutch oven.
