    Hope you guys had a nice christmas. My brother made me an adjustable pot stand for my dutch oven so I should be using it more in the coming year! Keep up your blog some great things on here!

    Thanks Kev. By the way, there was a 35 pound turkey in that 22" oven in the photos. Took just a little over three hours to cook.
