Ventage Fair

I hope you are practicing for the cook-off at Butte Creek Mill, May 14. Or thinking about coming out to help demo dutch oven cooking for those wanting to learn more. We need 2 or 3 more cook-off cooks. and more demo cooks as well. We normally have over 500 people come by to see what we do in those Old Blake Pots. Fun things going on all day around us, and we have time to see them as well, OLD TIME FIDDLERS, BLACKSMITH, BOOT-MAKER, QUILTERS AND MUCH MORE. It runs from 10:00am to 4:00pm.
We will be there by 9:00 to get set up. a cooks meeting will be held at 10:00. After the meeting and inspection of the meat to be cooked, The cook-off will start. Judging at 2:00 and announcing winner at 3:00. For more info e-mail "theoutlawgourmet@hotmail.com"
We would love to see some of the cooks from No Cal., and Central OR. come out. From all over for that matter.
