No cooking here. I have done some posts on spices lately, Use fresh if you can. Good with Meat, Poultry, and vegetables.
1/3 cup onion powder
1 tablespoon garlic powder
3 tablespoons poultry seasoning
3 tablespoons paprika, (smoked if you like, sweet or hot)
2 tablespoons dry mustard
2 teaspoons ground oregano
2 teaspoons pepper
1 teaspoon chili powder
Mix all ingredients together. Pour into a 2 oz. shaker. Keep the rest in a sealed jar until needed.
