I have over 3,000 cook books, and about 20 of them are Dutch oven. THIS ONE is one of the best. I recommend it highly.

ReplyDeleteGood recipes, lots of good pictures, great stories from a real chuck wagon cook. Most cook books have a few paragraph's to read and lots of good recipes. THIS ON READS ALMOST LIKE A BIOGRAPHY. I am from an old west family( the Clantons) so I have a feeling to know more of the old west. Hope you read it. Thanks for the comment.
