Happy Thanksgiving






















Thanksgiving at home with my wife Kat and 94 year old Mother.
Opppps! I put the new ones before the old Pics.  Oh Well. You see that we did. out of order. The top 7 pic. belong on the bottom.

    SOf I did it similar with chicken and rosemary...but...I tried something different I read. Not sure if you have any recipe ideas on it. You line the dutch oven seam with Pillsbury crescent dough and it seals it. It worked for me...other recipes would be nice.

    Course salt and egg whites mixed then cover the Chicken, fish, or roast, with it to seal it and you lose none of the great juices. Takes a little longer to cook and it takes a hammer to brake it open.
