SOf I did it similar with chicken and rosemary...but...I tried something different I read. Not sure if you have any recipe ideas on it. You line the dutch oven seam with Pillsbury crescent dough and it seals it. It worked for me...other recipes would be nice.SteveC|KCardinham|Killigrew
Course salt and egg whites mixed then cover the Chicken, fish, or roast, with it to seal it and you lose none of the great juices. Takes a little longer to cook and it takes a hammer to brake it open.
