Gobble til you Wobble IV

Gobble til you Wobble is a thanksgiving demo of superb, Dutch oven cooking for your Families Thanksgiving feast. We will try to demo as many traditional dishes as we can. Turkey, Yams candied or glazed, Fresh Cranberry sauce with some kind of twist. Pies pumpkin apple or maybe Pear, Dinner Rolls.
One year we did a "Treduken"  This year, maybe a goose or a duck. If you would like to have us do something different, till us on the comments, and we will see what we can do.
After all the demos, we will feed it to the spectators.
This is all sponsored by, and held at the Butte Creek Mill, Eagle Point, OR. And cooked by members of the Rogue Dutch Oven Cookers, a chapter of the International Dutch Oven Society. (I.D.O.S.)
Saturday, November 9 Cooking will start about 8:30 or 9:00.  Serving about 1:00 to 1:30 and go until it is all gone.
