Horseradish Sauce

I am a little behind now. I have been down with a very bad cold. This sauce will take  no cooking, but goes very well with the brisket. I will get some sides done in a few days. Sorry.

2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
½ teaspoon fresh dill-weed, minced
¼ teaspoon garlic salt
3/4 cup heavy cream, whipped
  Sprig of fresh dill for garnish

FOLD horseradish, ½ teaspoon dill weed, and garlic salt into whipped cream. Spoon onto serving dish; garnish with dill. Pass with beef brisket.
