Turkey, White Chili Diabetic Style

Not all chili's have to be red. You can make it as hot as you like, by just using hotter chillies. Use the green ones to keep it form turning red. This serves 4.

2 ½ cups chicken broth, the less salt one
1 ½ cups cooked turkey, dhopped
1 15-oz.can great Northern beans, rinsed and drained
1 cup kernel corn, frozen 
½ cup onion,chopped
1 medium roasted Pablano pepper, diced, or 1 4-oz. can diced green chili peppers
1 teaspoon cumin
                   Optionals for garnish
Bottled green hot pepper sauce
Shredded reduced-fat Monterrey Jack cheese
Fresh parsley or cilantro, minced

In a 10" Dutch oven, over 10 to 12 charcoal, combine first 7 ingredients. Bring to a boil. Simmer covered, about 12 minutes. Serve in wormed bowls, and pass garnishes.
