Potato, Corn Chowder

Now that you have made Creamed Corn, it is easy to make potato, corn chowder. Make your favorite potato soup. Fry up some Lardons, Crisp, diced salt pork will do. Add creamed corn to the potato soup, serve and garnish with the lardons.  Serve with some Dutch oven crusty bread, or corn bread Hush Puppies.  You all know who to make that.
