Parker House Rolls

I thought you may like to see this. As you know, I have done some Dinner Rolls of late. Here is were I did some of my research. An old book from 1934. It was published by Libby's. It is a fun book to find some OLD THINGS, that are still done today.  Click on any picture for a larger view. If I were going to follow this recipe, I would do them in a 16" Dutch oven. I believe it will make 50 to 55 rolls.
