Grits, Polenta, Polenta, Grits.

What is the different. About $5:00. In the South, a plate of grits is $2.95. In New York Polenta is $7.95, that's it.
The polenta I used in the polenta cake was a course ground. It was purchased at The Butte Creek Mill. You can order it from them, by clicking on there icon at the upper right hand side of this blog. I don't get paid for this ad, but they do a lot for this chapter. Check them out, and if you are ever in So. Oregon, you have to go see this Historic Mill, Still in operation  today. Its' worth the 10 miles off the freeway.
