August D.O.G. News Paper Story

Today I baked Parker House Rolls for The Mail Tribune. The local paper In Medford, Oregon. They will be running a story in the Al Carte section before our bread baking class on August 11. It was a nice day for pictures, and cooking out doors, and the rolls turned out good too. She took about 200 pictures, but I am sure they will use only 1 or 2. The class is open to all comers. The D.O.G.( Dutch Oven Gathering) will start at 12:00 noon, and the class about 12:30 or 1:00. Those that what to stay and cook dinner or bread with us are welcome . We will start to eat at about 2:30 or 3:00. Bring your ovens and cook tables, or you can use our tables, but just come and enjoy the class. The class will be held on the main lawn at the Butte Creek Mill along side the Little Butte Creek, in Eagle Point, Oregon. New members will also be excepted.
