Here in Southern Oregon, we have had a very wet start of spring. So wet that the seed inside my bird feeder is sprouting. If I could only do as well in a garden. I don't have a green thumb. Hopefully, the Farmers Market will be plentiful this year, and I can make some very good Dutch oven recipes for you. May be, Pasta Primavera, Roasted veggies, or Southern Greens. We will see.
