What is it ?



I know it is for slicing, but slicing what. I have been cooking for well over 50 years, and have owned this for 40 and never used it. I have never seen one in a commercial kitchen. WHAT IS IT?

    Thank you. That looks like More work than a plan old knife. That's what I was thinking but was not sure.

    Its a tomato slicer I have 3 one in my chuck box, one in my chef knife box, and one in the kitchen.

    Just to let you know, it is a tomato Slicer. I knew that it was all along. Just trying to have some fun.I will show you an older gadget next week.
