I think I now know what writers block is. I have not cooked much in the black pots in a week or so. My last day off, Tuesday, I took a short trip to Crater Lake, to clear my head. I should have some new recipes for you in a day or two now.
Remember, we have a cook-off on the 28th. I hope you cook in it and do well. There will be a 1-2-3 place, in all three dishes. E-mail me for the rules.
Its a bit the same downunder, made a lot of pizza in the BabyQ though. Its the big summer holiday season down here and between minding pets while others go away and off and on minding grandchildren its hard to get into heating up coals etc. The cook off might really inspire you all and I will look forward to your posts to get ideas from. :)
