The Clanton Family "Tomato aspic" posted 11-14-11 With Bay shrimp, and or crab would work well for this course.
P.S. Note the rolling pins on a wine rack. Works good for a table decor.

You have given me a great idea with the wine rack, I could imagine the stir it would cause at an Aussie rally used for rolling pins and/or kitchen stuff :) Aspic is something I havent done but it looks pretty.
