Rogue Dutch Oven almost Ceder Plank Salmon
Boy! thats a mouth full just to say. A ceder plank works best on the grill, but I can do it in a Dutch oven as well. In an oven large enough to fit your salmon fillets. A 12" works for me. Place soaked ceder CHIPS on the bottom, or inside of your oven. Place 3 or 4, 1 inch blocks, or spacer in the oven. Any thing will do. Place a pie pan on the spacers, and your fillets in the pan. Set your oven over about 20 charcoals. Place lid on oven and cook, 10 to 15 minutes, depending on how rare, or dune you prefer. Serve with a lemon, or caper sauce.
