They are meat loaf cup cakes. Frosted with mashed potatoes, and gravy. They were made in standard size cast iron cup cake pan, with aluminum liners. Aluminum liners have a paper in them. Remove the paper. I have not seen jumbo pans in cast iron, so you just eat two or three of them. This was just a fun thing I did to surprise my wife. Have fun. Make some comments. Thank you all. Keep the black pots in use all winter. Don't let a little rain or snow stop you.
OMGosh that's awesome!! I really thought I was going to see sweet type, what a nice surprise. Your wife must of been quite surprised and I'll bet the cupcakes are dilish.
