Last nights class went very well. 6 signed up, but about 16 came. Good work. Dave cooked International last night. Simple stewing, Posole. Stemming, Chai Bau, or Steamed Pork Buns. Leftovers, Dave's Chicken Cacciatory, from leftover chicken. One man asked why not American food? Dave answered " we do that mostly, but were just looking for a change up." All the food he cooked was good, and very much american-ized, any way. All had fuuun, and we will do it again, late Summed or in the Fall. E-mail me for suggestions.
