Bacon?

If you watch the food network, you know that every thing is going bacon. Bacon on donuts, in chocolate, and now cookies, yes cookies. This recipe was not written for the dutch oven, but it works quite good in a 16". I put them directly on the bottom, but a medium pizza pan works well. Preheat the oven to 350°f., that's 13 charcoals on the bottom. 19 on top. Have 2 or 3 pizza pans ready and do just like your home oven. Forget all this turning your oven up-side down. Chanel locks work good to remove the pans when done.
